I hope this program will help expedite Las Vegas homeowners frustrations to some kind of conclusion. Anyone who has tried to reach the lender over the last year for a modification knows what a pain it is to get anyone competent on the phone. This will give them a chance to sit down, face to face , with a person with the authority to make changes. Not all homeowners are realistic on what the mortgage company can do. So hopefully the mediator will help, in the allotted 4 hours, to come to a conclusion. Half of the battle of being in this position, is being in limbo of not knowing if your staying or going.
