Kathryn Bovard leads an experienced, full-time, tech-savvy professional Real Estate Team licensed in Nevada with diverse experience in all aspects of residential Las Vegas real estate, including representing both Buyers and Sellers in Las Vegas short sale and foreclosure transactions. We help you navigate the Las Vegas Short Sale Process with discretion and professionalism.
Kathryn has been a Nevada licensed broker for over 20 years successfully working in all areas of real estate including residential, commercial, foreclosures (REO) and short sales. She has been an award-winning individual real estate agent, owner of her own commercial real estate firm and most recently, the broker- manager of one of the top producing Prudential offices in the country. She is an expert in the marketing and negotiating of all aspects of real estate.
Kathryn Bovard served as the managing Broker of the Sahara Branch of Prudential Americana Group, Realtors, the largest real estate firm in the state of Nevada from 2005-2011. She managed more than 400 real estate sales executives, and her office is regularly recognized locally and across North America for its top sales. The Sahara Branch was the number one most productive office in the Prudential Network for 2009. Additionally, Kathryn managed and coached the number 1, 3 and 4 most productive teams in the Prudential Network.
In September 2011, Kathryn joined Realty ONE Group – Nevada’s largest and most productive real estate brokerage. She is currently the Managing Broker for the Green Valley branch of Realty ONE Group in Henderson, NV with over 400 real estate licensees. Responsible for the leadership, training, coaching and recruiting of real estate professionals for this 11,500 sqft, state-of-the-art real estate office. Realty ONE Group is the largest and most productive real estate brokerage in Nevada and fastest growing in both Arizona and California. Realty ONE has 15 offices in the tri-state area, over 3,500 real estate professionals and closed more than 16,000 residential transactions 2010.
Kathryn enjoys coaching real estate agents in business and real estate systems, increasing productivity, exit strategy and team building. She has more than 20 years experience in the Las Vegas real estate industry, including top-producing sales, management and owning her own brokerage firm. She currently is licensed to teach continuing education classes through the Nevada Real Estate Commission in broker management, real estate blogging, contracts, agency and ethics/law.
Kathryn is a Certified Short-Sale Professional (CSP), Risk Reduction Graduate (RRG), Certified Mediator, and a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). She was also acknowledged in this year’s “In Business 2009 Who’s Who in Real Estate.”
